On this site, you can express your interest in receiving invitations to participate in human-subjects experiments carried out by faculty and students in the department of psychology and the neuroscience program.
If you are currently enrolled in PSYC 101 - Introduction to Psychology, you do not need to create a new account. Follow the instructions for logging in provided by your course instructor.
If you are returning to ORSEE to complete research for a course other than PSYC 101, your account is likely still active from when you took PSYC 101 and you can login or request to reset your password.
If this is your first time using ORSEE, the first step in the registration process is to register in our database. This step does not commit you to participate in any particular experiment, but you will receive email notifications about upcoming experiments when they are scheduled.
Once you've registered, you must confirm your registration by checking your email and clicking on the confirmation link before you can log in and view your profile or available studies.

Please be mindful of the department of Psychology's no-show policy. If you sign up for a study and fail to show up or reschedule/cancel your appointment by the cancellation deadline, you will receive a no-show. When a student receives 2 no-shows in a given semester, he/she will not be able to participate in any further research during that semester.
You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for research participation in the department of psychology at St. Lawrence University.
